We collect a limited amount of information, including:

• Order details: your name, email, and shipping address
• Messages you send us through contact or support
• Basic technical data such as IP address and browser, via cookies and analytics
• Payment information handled by our payment processor or settled on-chain — we do not store card numbers

We use your information to process and ship your order, send order and shipping updates, respond to enquiries, improve the site, prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations. We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in.

We only collect what we need to fulfil your order and operate the store, and we keep it to a minimum.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers needed to run the store — such as couriers, our hosting provider, and analytics — and where we're required to by law.

The third parties we use are expected to handle your data securely and only for the specific purpose we share it with them.

We use reasonable technical measures, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however.

We recommend using a strong, unique password on any account and keeping your contact email secure, since it's how we communicate with you about your order.

We keep order records for as long as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations, and other data only for as long as necessary. After that, it's securely deleted or anonymised.

You can ask us to delete your data sooner, subject to any records we're legally required to keep.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and withdraw consent, by emailing support@trypeppies.com.

We'll respond to any request within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.

Our products and site are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

If we learn that we've inadvertently collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it.
