Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to order. By placing an order you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

We may also decline or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect they are not intended for legitimate research use.

All products are research chemicals for in-vitro laboratory and research use only. They may not be used for human or animal consumption, or for the medical diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any condition.

You are solely responsible for the safe, lawful, and appropriate handling of any product you purchase.

We may refuse or cancel any order — for example due to availability, a pricing error, or suspected fraud. An order confirmation acknowledges your request but does not constitute our acceptance of the order.

Where we cancel an order that has already been paid for, we'll refund it in full to your original payment method.

Prices are shown on each product page and may change without notice. We accept card and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT/USDC) — see the Payment Methods page. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

If payment is not received within a reasonable time, the order may be cancelled and the items released back to stock.

Products are shipped via a tracked courier. Title and risk of loss pass once the items are handed to the courier. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

We're not responsible for delays caused by the courier once a parcel has left our hands, though we'll always help you resolve them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price, and we disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
